The purpose of the new platform was to automate services and operational processes, make them more efficient and reliable, and boost satisfaction among employees who use the IT services.
All IT services were to be provided via a modern self-service portal, such as for fault reports, software requests, and self help. agineo helped roll out the SaaS solution across the entire process chain and, among other things, set up ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management. agineo then implemented the solution, deployed it, and launched it internationally in all IT units.
