Story
A success story
agineo GmbH was founded as ComConsult Kommunikationtechnik GmbH in 1986 by graduates of RWTH Aachen University. Materna took over the Aachen-based company on July 1, 2017, and jointly founded a new brand. We have been represented on the market under the new brand name agineo since March 2018.
agineo is one of the leading IT service providers in the DACH region with a specialized focus on ServiceNow. As an Elite Partner of ServiceNow, agineo supports companies in digitizing, automating and making their IT and business processes more efficient. agineo has been active in IT consulting since 1986 and develops customized solutions in all areas of the ServiceNow portfolio.
With various locations in Europe, agineo combines technological expertise with practice-oriented consulting and supports companies from strategy development to implementation and beyond. The fast pace of the IT sector increasingly demands that you have alternative development scenarios. And that is why we offer the resources necessary for this at our nearshoring location in Bratislava in Slovakia. They specialize in carrying out projects in German, English, and Slovak.
The employees at our affiliate in Slovakia are fully integrated into the project teams for our international customer projects. Nearshoring services include consulting, design and development, but also support and application management.
