Conditions of participation
1. organizer
This prize draw is organized by agineo GmbH, Pascalstraße 25, 52076 Aachen, Germany. The prize draw is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram.
2. eligibility to participate
Participation is free of charge and open to any natural person. All persons aged 18 and over who are resident in the EU and have a public Instagram account are eligible to participate. Participation requires the truthful provision of data relevant to participation. Sweepstakes clubs and automated sweepstakes services are not eligible to participate. Each person can only participate once.
3. exclusion from participation
agineo GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw who violate the conditions of participation, provide false information or attempt to manipulate the prize draw.
