IT trainee – the fast way to get started as a consultant
agineo offers skilled young professionals the opportunity to start their careers off right with an individually tailored IT trainee program designed to promote their own talents within their career.
A broad theoretical understanding of ServiceNow and IT Service Management is provided during the first six months of the program and supplemented with tailored coaching and soft skills training. After that you can take on initial sub-projects and tasks on your own. The focus is then placed on hands-on experience, and detailed product and market knowledge are obtained. Once the trainee program is successfully completed, you independently support our project teams as a consultant. The program is currently available in six locations in Germany: Aachen, Dortmund, Berlin, Dresden, Erlangen, and Stuttgart.
