agineo was commissioned to create a Group-wide self-service portal based on ServiceNow for more than 650,000 employees worldwide.

The project team managed the entire implementation process: from recording and analyzing requirements, transforming the analyzed requirements into implementation instructions, and carrying out implementation itself, plus quality assurance and testing. agineo also handled the development of the technical platform and configuration of technical systems. It collaborated with the customer to define and introduce a development process to implement services and developed the cross-service platform requirements. This involved configuring the systems and connecting them to the peripheral systems, such as company and site directories. Implementing a service catalog was also another part of the project work.
