Compliance
At agineo, compliance means more than just obeying the law. Fair competition, integrity, sustainable business practices, as well as ethical and responsible behavior, are the basic principles of our business success and reflect the values of the company’s founders and the company as a whole. We expressly commit to fair competition and compliance with all applicable national and international laws. In particular, we do not tolerate any form of corruption, bribery, or price fixing. Adherence to our fundamental principles is our top priority.
Whistleblower system
Should violations of our internal guidelines or other infringements occur despite our preventive measures, we want to be informed about any illegal behavior in our company in order to be able to investigate and eliminate it. For this reason, we provide our employees, customers, suppliers, and other parties with access to an anonymous external whistleblower system. The system can be used to report existing, potential, or impending abuses—both at agineo itself and within our supply chain. The whistleblower system allows for confidential and secure communication with the compliance department through special encryption.

The Code of Conduct of agineo GmbH expresses our commitment to ethically responsible behavior at both the employee and company level. It summarizes the values and principles of conduct that shape our daily interactions and business relationships. As part of the Materna Group, we place particular emphasis on integrity, respect, and sustainability to foster a trusting and values-oriented corporate culture.
Compliance in the Supply Chain
By signing the UN Global Compact, agineo GmbH has committed itself to sustainable business practices, to implementing the principles of the UN Global Compact, and to taking measures to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We also expect the same from our suppliers and have therefore drawn up the following Supplier Code of Conduct.
