agineo has implemented a project and task time tracking system based on the ServiceNow platform at the Haufe Group. This has enabled the company to fundamentally revamp and optimize its personnel planning for its employees. A total of 650 employees use the new time tracking system to quickly and easily record their project work.

Various reports are available to project managers and supervisors, allowing them to clearly view the times relevant to them and enabling internal controlling of project expenses. This makes it quick and easy to overview the use of time and resources and adapt to changing priorities and corporate strategies. Interfaces to third-party systems, such as SAP, enable the new time tracking system to be seamlessly integrated into the existing process landscape. The new time tracking system has enabled the Haufe Group to optimize its personnel allocation and significantly reduce administrative costs. The modern solution is characterized by intuitive usability and clear reporting options.

For the company, this is another step in its automation strategy. ServiceNow has been in use there in various functions for several years. Thanks to the existing infrastructure, project and task time recording was fairly easy to add. Since mid-2018, agineo has been providing operational support in the area of IT service management and helping the company to independently drive forward the expansion of ServiceNow.
